My husband has taken a bank loan ,cc loan as well as a home loan on behalf of his company and made me a mortgager and Gerentor .i have filled a dv case against him.Now bank wants to take the passetion on my house .bank asking me a one time settlement but it is a responsibility of my husband company and my husband to pay the whole amount.my name comes in the last.please let me know can we give a highcourt notice to my husband company whose trun over is around 1 corer .to pay the amount and also a notice for by fraud he convinced me to sign the papers.,for that 1corer as a manhani notice.
